BG Creative is currently recruiting a Client Service Specialist for a top client in Dallas that provides an advanced and unique software product to its customers. This is a vital role within the organization and helps play a key part in the success of the company.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, proactive problem-solver who brings added passion and curiosity to the table. The overall client experience is just as important as having the innate ability to help drive platform improvements.
- Support clients with needs and issues from inception through resolution and provide technical support to customers via web, chat, email, phone and other support channels as required.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand and anticipate their needs to deliver an exceptional client experience. Be the voice of the client, advocating and working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve service and technical issues, product utilization and challenges, bugs and enhancements.
- Elevate technical issues to senior leadership as needed, providing detailed description of problems with the ability to make recommendations for platform improvement.
- Bachelor’ s Degree in Business and/or Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an account management or client experience-related role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a knack for embracing new technologies to enhance the overall client experience.
- Must be dependable, a self-starter, a collaborative team player but able to also work independently.
