Digital Marketing Manager - Analytics
BG Creative is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager - Analytics for a Dallas-based client. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, with experience working with analytical software and leveraging data analysis techniques. He or she will have experience working with paid search platforms, including Google Adwords, with a strong proficiency measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns.
- Identity campaign objectives while measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including display, paid search, email and social.
- Develop custom marketing dashboards for client reporting.
- Leverage optimization tools for A/B testing, e.g. Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, and Optimizely.
- Analyze online user behavior, customer journeys and conversion data, while performing ROI analysis to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver regular reporting and analysis reports to clients, with the ability to articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Use methodical performance analysis to influence decision makers that support campaign strategies.
- Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs.
- Bachelor’ s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives.
- High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and MicroSoft Word for reporting and delivering presentations.
- High level of experience working with analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics, SiteCore, CoreMetrics, SiteCatalyst, etc.).
- Excellent communicator, articulate and credible with strong interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall drive for continued improvement.
- Highly analytical with digital knowledge to be persuasive at all levels of seniority.
